  2. Customers’ account applications must provide Joypolis Sports Hong Kong with complete customer information, contact telephone number, a correct email address, and the pickup/delivery address, so that the Company can process orders and goods.
  3. For the Company’s business hours, please refer to the information published on the website.
  4. The delivery date shown on orders (including online orders) is for reference only. The actual delivery date will be confirmed by the Company through its notification to you.
  5. Access to this website is provided through a personal password. Joypolis Sports Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any offline password management. Customers must ensure that their password is kept strictly confidential to prevent any unauthorised use.
  6. While the Company will endeavour to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing this website, the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any third party’s unauthorised use of the customer’s login account to access the website.
